Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Aldridge, Walsall

Pay Rates: £30k-£43k

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 08:30-16:00

Oliver Rae are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager in the Aldridge area to work with one of our reputable clients in the construction industry. If you are experienced within the construction industry this role may be for you.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the trades/subcontractors - team of up to 30.

· Managing health and safety.

· Ensuring job sheet are distributed.

· Reporting to senior management.

Qualification/experience:

• Previous construction experience.
• Previous contract management experience.
