Contracts Manager – Wrexham

Salary - £55-60k  (DOE) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme + Benefits

Working Hours - Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week

Retrofit Contracts Manager - TXM Recruit is currently looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a Property Services company, working on their social housing contracts covering the Wrexham patch.

This retrofit Contracts Manager will be managing the delivery of various retrofit works (insulation, ventilation, door/window replacements etc), as well as overseeing contracts from inception to completion, compliance, client’s expectations, meetings and enquiries, managing all documentation and more.

This role offers a salary of £55-60k, along with car allowance, fuel card, pension, annual bonus, 21 days holiday + BH’s .

To be successful for this Contracts Manager role you will need – CSCS managers card, SMSTS, IOSH, and relevant experience carrying out retrofit works.
