Contracts Manager

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Contracts Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Gloucestershire.

The company:

Our client is a regional contractor who work on industrial conversions, barn conversions and new build houses.

The role entails:

Project responsibility for managing over project performance, including site safety and programme quality

Management of Project / Site Managers and associated site teams

Management of the design team and design process for Design and Build schemes

Development and monitoring of construction programmes

Key point of contact for client teams and stakeholders

Overseeing 2 or 3 projects in the area, ensuring they are all progressing well

Essential requirements:

Driving licence and own transport.

Have worked for a similar contractor, 3 years experience as a minimum.

A strong background as a Contracts Manager

Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively

Relevant industry qualifications
