Role Overview:



We're seeking a strong Contracts Manager with pre-construction knowledge to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. While the company�prefer candidates who can commit to working in their Cardiff office and on-site in the Cardiff and Newport areas. The role requires collaboration with the Construction Manager, and other team members to maintain the company's reputation for quality and reliability.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments.




  • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to ensure seamless project initiation.




  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.




  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.




  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.





Qualifications and Experience:





  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, preferably within residential projects.




  • Strong understanding of pre-construction processes.




  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.




  • Flexibility to adapt to varying project demands and schedules.
