Role Overview:
We're seeking a strong Contracts Manager with pre-construction knowledge to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. While the company�prefer candidates who can commit to working in their Cardiff office and on-site in the Cardiff and Newport areas. The role requires collaboration with the Construction Manager, and other team members to maintain the company's reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Collaborate with the pre-construction team to ensure seamless project initiation.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, preferably within residential projects.
Strong understanding of pre-construction processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
