Contracts Manager

The Company:

A privately owned & well-regarded Main Contractor, specialising in JCT Care Homes and turning over some �200M a year, is currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager. The company in question is a �200M T/O, family-owned Main Contractor that not only enjoys 75% repeat business but who also genuinely care about their staff.

Area of coverage is South, East & West, cutting off North of�the Midlands.�

Due to an increase in work load, a Contracts Manager is required to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for 2 site management teams�on 2�jobs - the company believes that Contract managers should only run 2 jobs at any 1 time, in order to avoid poor health.�

The Role:�

Coming from either a Trade, Academic or Engineering background, along�with a consistent background in new build care Homes, up to �10M�in value, you will be responsible for overseeing Site Management teams (2), in order to ensure an on time and to budget completion, with zero H&S incidents.�Client facing skills are extremely important as this company enjoys 75% repeat business on an ongoing basis - this can be demonstrated at interview.

Reporting to a highly experienced, driven & charismatic Construction Director, this role represents a unique opportunity to work for a family-owned Contractor that continues to go from strength to strength.
