Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £45,000 + Company Vehicle
Location: M4 Corridor, South West, South Coast
Sector: Modular Construction
Are you an experienced manager with a background in delivering new build construction projects?
Would you enjoy working for a large family owned National contractor?
Great opportunity to join a large turnkey contractor, delivering MMC projects across a wide range of sectors including; education, healthcare, retail & offices. You will be responsible for the successful delivery on each project, being the point of contact for each client. Projects across the South including M4 Corridor across to Reading, South Coast & South West.
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Possess a background in new build construction projects
• Are willing to travel to projects & stay away when required
• Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS White, First Aid - any lifting tickets would be highly advantageous
• Can manage projects from inception through to completion
• Have strong communication skills
• Will ensure projects are completed on time & within budget
