The role:
Reporting into a Construction Director you will be part of a team responsible for delivering in excess of 500x units per year across Kent. Your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Management of 3-5�live sites running concurrently
- Management and development of staff across the Site Management teams
- Weekly progress meetings with site teams
- Review site teams progress on a weekly basis and status reports
- Liaise�with commercial and technical departments on a regular basis to ensure delivery of developments
- Liaise�regularly with external bodies regarding developments including Building Control, HSE, Utilities and Service providers and NHBC.
- Provide�weekly progress reports to the Construction Director on progress across all the developments
- Ensure all Legal Completions are programmed accurately and dates achieved
- Preparation of the master build programme for all live and upcoming developments
- Chair�pre-planning, pre-tender and pre-start meetings
- Liaise�with subcontractors and suppliers on a regular basis
- Monitor all customer satisfaction surveys and summary reports
- Monitor, drive and deliver on key metrics including Health & Safety, Customer Service and NHBC (CQR)
About you:
- You will have gained circa 10+ years experience, ideally working for a Residential Developer
- Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
- Experience working on similar schemes would be preferable, but not essential
- Experience of managing and coordinating multiple site teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A track record of delivery in your current role
