An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a reputable property services company based in Bridgend. Our client provides a full range of property maintenance, refurbishment, and construction services across both residential and commercial sectors. With a reputation for delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong client relationships, they are looking to expand their team with a highly skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and manage key projects.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Manage and coordinate multiple contracts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards




  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure the efficient execution of all stages of the contract




  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication throughout the lifecycle of each project




  • Oversee project risk management, health & safety compliance, and site operations




  • Review contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met




  • Supervise project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure objectives are achieved




  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly




  • Ensure all materials, resources, and staffing are properly allocated and managed for optimal project delivery





Key Requirements:





  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within the property services or construction industry




  • Strong understanding of construction and property maintenance processes




  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach




  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve project goals




  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk management, and quality control standards




  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree or diploma in construction management, project management) are preferred but not essential
