EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Contracts Manager position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The Contracts Manager position is for an established Oxford based main contractor who work on projects in the commercial and residential sectors.
The role is for a Contracts Manager carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Programme management
- Managing site managers and trades
- Controlling project variations
- Health & safety
- Managing materials
Requirements for the Contracts Manager role are:
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience in residential or commercial sectors
- Autonomously running projects.
