We have an exciting vacancy for a Control Tower Administrator.
The function of the role is to act as point of contact for Peterson clients and suppliers and provide support for users of our delivery management system, through telephone and email communications.
Candidates should be capable of working in a busy office environment with the ability to meet demanding targets and deadlines. The candidate must have good attention to detail, always ensuring accuracy. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have experience or working with Microsoft packages. Full training will be given on our delivery management system. Ideally you would have a P4 pass also.
