We value creativity, agility, and bold, fresh ideas.What You’ll Do:Conversion Rate Optimisation:Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across Malaberg’s brands. Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and usability studies to identify and implement improvements.Analyse feedback and user behaviour to identify barriers to conversion and propose actionable solutions.Data Analysis and Reporting:Gather and analyse data on website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics. Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into this data, and the effectiveness of your optimisation. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, to enable data-driven decision-making.User Experience (UX) Enhancements:Collaborate with design, copy, and biddable teams to implement UX improvements that enhance the customer journey. Ensure web design and content align with best practice in user experience and accessibility.Stakeholder Collaboration:Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of optimisation initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO, UX, and digital marketing. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining optimisation strategies.Are You The Perfect Fit?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field1-3 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a related role, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion ratesStrong ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction across all levels of the organisationExperience with CRO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Optimise, Convert.com, Hotjar, Crazyegg).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailA customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering value and satisfaction to the consumerFlexibility and adaptability - to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.So - are you ready to help us optimise our customer journey and drive exponential growth?
