Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Client's team as a Conveyancing Assistant. Within this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the conveyancing department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of property transactions.
Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and completion of legal documents related to property transactions
- Conduct research and gather relevant information for property transactions
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property inspections
- Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of conveyancing procedures is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and database management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
