Conveyancing in West Sussex

A law firm located in West Sussex are looking for a residential conveyancer to work in their office in Chichester.

The firm are wanting a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive ideally with at least 3 years' PQE who can manage a caseload of mainly Freehold but also some Leasehold Purchases and Sales, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Equity Release.

This is a well established, busy firm with good career prospects for the right candidate. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
