Are you a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant looking to take further steps in conveyancing?
What You'll Do:

• Start the process: Open new client files and get things rolling.
  
• Help secure New Business: Prepare and send out quotes and follow up to convert prospects into clients.
  
• Manage progress: Review registration title documents and keep clients and lenders informed post-completion.
  
• Client Engagement: Update clients, estate agents, and solicitors on transaction progress.
