Established in the early 1900's, our client has an�exciting opportunity has arisen�for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary for their office located on the East side of London.�
This position will be based in the office,�full time, Monday to Friday, in the residential conveyancing department.
Key duties to include:�
- File opening
- Undertaking filing tasks and sorting through internal database.�
- Liaising with key clients via email, telephone or in person.�
- Experience in speaking with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders
- Providing general administrative support to fee earners.�
The successful candidate will have:�
- A minimum of 1 years previous legal secretary experience in a conveyancing department.�
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word
- Strong IT skills for managing electronic documents
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients etc
- Excellent spelling and grammar.��
- Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.�
