Established in the early 1900's, our client has an�exciting opportunity has arisen�for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary for their office located on the East side of London.�
This position will be based in the office,�full time, Monday to Friday, in the residential conveyancing department.
Key duties to include:�




  • File opening

  • Undertaking filing tasks and sorting through internal database.�

  • Liaising with key clients via email, telephone or in person.�

  • Experience in speaking with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders

  • Providing general administrative support to fee earners.�





The successful candidate will have:�




  • A minimum of 1 years previous legal secretary experience in a conveyancing department.�

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word

  • Strong IT skills for managing electronic documents

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients etc

  • Excellent spelling and grammar.��

  • Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.�
