• Team Leadership and Engagement responsibilities.�
• Performance Management of your team and tailor make training programmes with the data available.�
• Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving capabilities.�
• Client Relationship Management.

What is required of you (essentials)?�

• Extensive knowledge within conveyancing
• Evidence of billings information and ability to meet targets.
• Managerial experience - Minimum of 6 Months�
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong competency in data analysis and management information systems.
