We are delighted to be working with a leading, forward thinking conveyancing firm who have a new and exciting opportunity available now. They are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Manager with a passion for leadersfip and delivering exceptional levels of client care and service to join their team in their Cardiff city centre office.
As a Conveyancing Manager, you will have direct line responsibility for a team of Property Lawyers and will work closely with the Senior Operations Managers to manage the operations of their department, playing a key role in maximising operational effectiveness and driving operational efficiencies.
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Conveyancing team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements

Provide guidance, development, training, and mentorship to the Conveyancing team

Ensure the consistent delivery of excellent client service, whilst maintaining an engaged and motivated team culture.

Propose, champion, and implement change initiatives to improve business operations

Drive internal business growth with a focus on matter case volumes, correct allocation to teams, trends, and peaks and troughs

Work in collaboration with HR and finance and other key stakeholders within the business

Work to and maintain Service Level Agreements

Always promote compliance with the client's company policy and procedure
Your Experience and Skills
Ideally wou will have considerable experience in a management role within a fast paced, complex, business environment

A licensed conveyancer with significant conveyancing experience, youll also be able to run a conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion

You should be a strong mentor and leader, capable of inspiring and developing talent

You can demonstrate the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

Exhibit confidence and professionalism in decision-making and client interactions

Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve success

Resilient and agile, able to work effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

Possess exceptional critical thinking skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

Foster an engaging and inclusive culture that vales diversity and teamwork
