We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Conveyancing Paralegal. This position will be permanent, based full time in the Wakefield office.�
Key duties to include:�
- Utilising the Case Management system.�
- Completing title searches.
- Dealing with completions and exchanges paperwork.�
- Opening case files and updating key information.�
- Managing sales and purchase.�
- Undertaking general administrative work.�
The successful candidate will have:�
- Previous conveyancing assistant/paralegal experience essential.�
- Strong administrative skills including spelling and grammar.��
- Proficient using Microsoft Packages such as word and outlook.�
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.�
- Eager for a new opportunity.�
