Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, office based
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client's high street law firm at their Birmingham office. In this role you would be providing support to the conveyancing team and assisting them in delivering clear and practical legal services to their clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a conveyancing role and will become an integral part of our client's conveyancing services.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to solicitors to maximise operational efficiency.
Use a case management system to prepare correspondence.
Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person.
Manage the organisation of client documents by administering filing systems.
Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
Diary Management.
Arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork and other perform general administrative tasks.
Audio type from dictation.
Deal with routine client correspondence and queries.
Attend to other duties and responsibilities as required.Key Criteria:
Have excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.
Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches & ID checks.
Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
Possess audio typing from dictation skills.
Be comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone and in person.
Have polite and respectful telephone etiquette.
Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.Benefits:
