The Role

• You'll be expected�to deal with clients�and thrid�parties over the telephone�and occasionally face to face.
• Responsible for chasing documents�and keeping clients�updated.�
• Prepare completion packs
• Deal with post exchange matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months experience�as a conveyancing assistant / paralegal
• Have a solid understanding of the conveyancing process�
• Confident telephone manner
