Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

  • Reviewing title documents, property searches, and contracts.
    • \n
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.

Your experience
    \n
  • A solid understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.
    • \n
  • 1 year of experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills.
    • \n
  • Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
    • \n
