£40,000 - £45,000 (Pro Rata)

Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a well-established law firm in the Romford area. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
\n
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
\n

Additional Opportunity:

\n

If you have Probate and Wills experience, this role can be offered on a full-time basis to incorporate private client work.

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
\n
• Strong client management and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy legal environment.
\n
