The role:
Join the Property Department, handling primarily residential conveyancing but with a potential opportunity to develop commercial conveyancing. This is a role suited for a solicitor that driven to develop their career as responsibility and progression will be offered.
You will be expected to run a full case load of FH/LH, Sales and Purchase, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership and New Build as well as delivering a fantastic service and build on relationships.
Individual Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years PQE
Previous experience managing a full caseload in New Build and Shared Ownership
Commercial property experience is ideal but far from necessarily
