Now, the exciting phase of accelerated growth and innovation begins.Role details:The COO will play a critical role in supporting the launch and expansion in the UK and European market, focusing on growing and scaling the team/teams (Technology, Commercial & HR), driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth and market expansion.Collaborate with the CEO and other C-level executives to define and implement the company’s strategic direction.Lead the development of new markets, particularly focusing on the UK and Europe, and identify opportunities for scaling the business.Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.Implement and maintain robust operational processes and systems to support the company’s growth objectives.Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Ensure the recruitment, retention, and professional development of top talent.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Ensure financial stability and operational efficiency to meet business targets.Collaborate with the CFO to monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.Leverage AI and state-of-the-art technology to streamline operations and enhance service offerings.Drive the adoption of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Who is my client looking for?Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational leadership role.Strong strategic planning and execution skills.Demonstrated ability to scale operations and manage growth in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.Experience with AI and technology-driven operations is highly desirable.Why Join my client?Join a close-knit team where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the core of their values.This is just the beginning.
