Cook

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Cook to join an Adult Day Centre based in Newark on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This role is working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.�

Key Duties:

• Order ingredients to make high quality meals for residents


• Plan and prepare 2 course meals for residents�


• Ensure that food is presented and portioned correctly


• Be responsible for security of the kitchen, dining and food storage areas


• Maintaining stock levels

Requirements:

• Either City &Guilds 706/1/2, NVQ Level � in food preparation or equivalent.


• Knowledge of responsibilities under the food safety act and associated legislation


• Knowledge of menu planning
