About The Role Morrison Telecom Services is a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are now looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Streetworks Coordinator to join our team in Edwalton, Nottingham.
Role Overview:
As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Streetworks activities to ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements. This is a critical role that requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule Streetworks activities in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA).
Liaise with local authorities, clients, and internal teams to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all Streetworks activities and permits.
Monitor and report on the progress of Streetworks projects to ensure timely completion.
Handle any issues or disputes that arise during Streetworks activities.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or utilities industry.
Strong knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) and other relevant legislation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Proficient in using relevant software and systems for Streetworks coordination.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (on a Rota basis)
