We are currently recruiting for a Coroners Receptionist for a client of ours based in Horsham on a Part time basis. This is part time during school hours and some flexibility to move to different sites is required.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and adhere to deadlines.

About You:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with the public and colleagues.
Ability to write non-standard correspondence and respond to emails appropriately.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to handle changing situations and learn new systems and processes.
Use initiative to resolve unexpected challenges effectively.
About the Role:

Provide general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing applications.
Update spreadsheets, order stationery, arrange meetings, and send agendas.
Provide face-to-face service to visitors.
Greet visitors, answer general enquiries, and offer information or signposting to relevant departments.
Handle telephone and email queries.
Ensure effective record-keeping and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
