A newly created position for a Corporate Account Manager to join their growing team working with Corporate Partnerships Manager to generate income from the corporate sector.Support, advice, information and campaigning work are now needed more than ever, and carers are providing more and more care, adversely impacting on their own health and wellbeing.The positionDeliver the corporate new business strategy, with the support of the Corporate Partnerships ManagerResearch potential clients, and make appropriate approaches, including advertising, sponsorship, as well as strategic partnership opportunitiesAlways ensure cross organisational working, including updating the database on meeting outcomesRaise an annually agreed income target from new business, primarily through securing strategic partnershipsOnboard select new corporate business ensuring consistency and excellent attention to detailBe responsible for the delivery of select corporate partnerships, to the same high standard, both through own efforts and that of the teamWork cross-departmentally to co-ordinate activity with other teams and departments successfully deliver corporate partnershipsTo work with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to build a new business pipeline, ensuring a pipeline of activity is maintained and built upon, whilst maximising income from existing corporate partnershipsAbout youProven success in generating income from the corporate sector - experience gained from the voluntary or commercial sectorProven success in exceeding annual income targetsDemonstrable success in writing annual business plans, including setting and tracking KPIsAbility to translate organisational objectives and data into a compelling case for support and subsequent proposalsExperience of securing and delivering multi-year partnerships with corporate partnersCommercially astute, with demonstrable experience of successful proposal writingAn excellent relationship builder, with experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, including at Senior Management and Board levelExcellent written and communication skillsGood financial reporting skills, including pipeline activity, performance against budget and year on year analysisExcellent attention to detail, including presenting financials in proposals and bidsTenacious and ambitiousConfident public speaker with strong presentation skills
