We're working a well-established multi-service law firm who are looking for a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to support the Corporate & Commercial team. Based in their office in Liverpool, you’ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners with a range of corporate and commercial matters. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to continue their career in corporate & commercial law.

Responsibilities include:

* Supporting management of a range of corporate and commercial cases

* Provide exceptional client care and manage client relationships

* Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

* Support solicitors and fee earners with their duties

* Provide general administrative support to the team

What we need from you:

* Strong attention to detail

* Some relevant experience in corporate and/or commercial law

* Ability to be organised & take initiative
