Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting a prestigious law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate & Commercial Partner to join their growing team to take on a key leadership role in a highly regarded, award winning firm.
 
Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead and manage complex M&A, commercial contracts, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters for a diverse range of clients.
\n
• Cultivate and expand a client base, leveraging an established following and using business development skills to attract and retain new clients.
\n
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights on corporate structures, commercial agreements, and business growth.
\n
• Manage all stages of transactions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal results for clients.
\n
• Take an active role in the firm’s business development activities, contributing to overall growth and the expansion of the corporate and commercial practice.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams and other partners to deliver integrated solutions across a range of legal services.
\n
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional development and a strong team culture.
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• 8+ years PQE with a deep focus on corporate and commercial law.
\n
• A proven track record of business development, with the ability to attract and grow client relationships and drive revenue.
\n
• Strong technical expertise in M&A, commercial contracts, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
\n
• A strategic mindset and a leadership approach to managing high-profile transactions and advising businesses.
\n
• An established client following, demonstrating success in building and retaining relationships.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless client service.
\n
