An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor with an established multi-office practice in York. This is a well-established full-service practice with a strong reputation in the local area.

This opportunity is well suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in Corporate Commercial law.

The role

Handling your own caseload of high-calibre corporate transactions including

• Corporate finance
• Financial Services
• Acquisitions and Mergers including share purchase, asset purchase and MBO
• Joint Ventures, Distributor, Agency and Franchise Agreements
• Partnership Agreements
• Shareholder Agreements
• Company and LLP Formation and Compliance
• Terms and conditions
• E-commerce
• Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be highly advantageous.

• Experience in a similar role with at least 3 years PQE
