Corporate Commercial Solicitor

A well-established law firm in Kent are seeking an experienced part time Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team.

The firm are flexible but are looking for someone to work between 3 -4 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can manage their own caseload to work within an expanding team.

Duties will include:

• Managing your own caseload, providing clear and concise advice
• Working on complex transactions
• Attending to clients of the firm
• Drafting a wide range of legal documentation such as Contracts, Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Shareholder Agreements
• Making amendments to Articles of Association
• Preparing Board Minutes and all Companies House forms, ensuring filing of all statutory documents
• Active involvement within business development

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Corporate Commercial fee earning experience essential 3 years PQE+
• Have very high level of technical competence
• Marketing and business development skills
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Sound legal knowledge within the processes
