Job Role
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate and commercial work, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements. The firm is open to candidates of all PQE levels.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Handling a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions
\n
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales
\n
• Assisting with shareholder agreements and share schemes
\n
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients
\n
• Working collaboratively with other teams within the firm
\n

Job Requirements

\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered)
\n
• Strong technical expertise in corporate and commercial law
\n
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
\n
