About Our Client Our client is a well-established development finance institution with a focus on driving sustainable growth in businesses across the UK. Based in London and operating on a hybrid basis, the organisation has a significant national influence collaborating with over 200 partners and shaping policies & strategies that impact numerous industries across the UK. Job Description Your key responsibilities include: Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and business matters in an in-house Financial Services context Facilitate the execution of investment transactions, from early engagement with business teams in the due diligence phase through to completion Advising the business on various product areas including equity & funds investments Collaborate with other departments to manage risks and resolve disputes Improving transactional processes, know-how, and training Managing external counsel The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have: A legal qualification within England & Wales with at least 3+ years post qualification experience A strong understanding of Corporate law framed in the Financial Services sector The ability to commute into the office on a hybrid basis (2 days per week) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
