Role: This role will support the wider business in terms of contributing to engagement material for use by other business support and client service teams, as well as take ownership of our Corporate ESG 'hub' which acts as the main communication channel and internal repository for Corporate ESG. This role will report directly to Partner, Global Head of Corporate ESG Strategy and sit within the Corporate ESG team based at 55 Baker Street, London. Responsibilities: Assist with the development and execution of a clear engagement strategy in support of Knight Frank's Corporate ESG Strategy and programme activation. Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Marcomms, Business Development and UK Consulting Team) across the business. Lead and manage the internal content development of our Corporate ESG hub (Sharepoint) to ensure all employees have up to date and available resources, tools and data. Build a library of content that can be used to showcase Knight Frank's ESG activities and client successes Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g. marketing, internal communications, external agency teams) to ensure ESG messaging is consistent and accurate across all channels. Work with our Marcomms teams to share achievements, news and initiatives to build on momentum and aspirations for delivering on our corporate ESG ambitions. Working with Internal Communications to help to engage and influence by supporting the development of a strong internal ESG narrative for Knight Frank. Lead the engagement and organisation of our internal ESG Ambassadors to accelerate and cross-share knowledge and insights on ESG client related aspects. Work with Learning & Development and other internal stakeholders to create and maintain a corporate ESG focused training program that supports the upskilling of all employees given their roles across the business. Support the planning and development of key material for marketing, RfPs & Pitches. Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure Knight Frank's representation at relevant industry and regional forums is reflective of our Corporate ESG ambitions. Work with the Global Head of Corporate ESG to support the organisation and management of the Corporate Impact Steering Group Key Experience Required: At least 3 year's experience in a similar position or a communications role. Technical knowledge (ideally achieved through a Bachelor's degree) in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate sustainability/ESG initiatives into impactful narratives. Good working knowledge of a broad range of communications activities (websites, social media, events, marketing, media, publications).
