Events and Marketing ExecutiveA leading barristers' chambers are seeking a Events and Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. This role involves managing a diverse events portfolio of in-house, external, and virtual events in the UK and internationally. It's an excellent opportunity to take on responsibility and learn about the broader marketing function. The successful candidate will benefit from training and development opportunities in a supportive and friendly culture.The Responsibilities:Manage a large portfolio of in-house, external, and virtual corporate events in the UK and internationally.Manage all event planning activity, including drafting invitations, generating and distributing attendee reports, database entry, and post-event follow-up reports.Handle event administration, including merchandise, stakeholder calendars, events mailbox, and database.Track event budgets and report on metrics and ROI.Arrange venues, catering, AV, and people resources, liaising with all suppliers.Set up venues, greet guests, and manage the running and closing of events.Assist with managing digital content including website updates, social media posts, digital marketing campaigns, and webinars.Update, edit, and proofread content, liaising with relevant stakeholders.The Candidate:Hands-on experience in events management, either in-house or in an agency/events venue, delivering events of various sizes and formats.Strong project management skills with the confidence to communicate key actions and deadlines promptly.Proven experience in managing and reporting on costs and budgets.Ability to work under pressure and perform well in a fast-paced environment.Experience or willingness to work outside normal hours for events and travel as needed.Please e-mail your CV and covering letter in the strictest confidence to ##### you have sent your CV, feel free to telephone me on 0207 118 3003.
