Corporate Lawyer

Gambit Search are working with an international law firm who are looking to bring on board a corporate lawyer (2-4 PQE) into their London team. Corporate M&A is one of the firm's strengths and they have pedigree advising on both private & public M&A / PE matters in the upper mid market region i.e. £100m - £500m+ deal value. There is the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors i.e. infrastructure, financial services, TMT etc. To be considered, you'll need to have worked on general corporate M&A, both private & public transactions. Also, expertise in Private Equity and Joint Ventures is majorly beneficial. You need to be UK qualified, have worked on UK deals and be 2-4 PQE. This opportunity may suit someone in larger practices who are keen to retain their deal quality and size or an associate working in a smaller London outfit looking for a globally recognised brand.
