Corporate Lawyer - US Firm (Associate & Senior Associate)We are instructed by a leading US firm that is looking to grow its established Corporate practice in London.We would like to see applications from Corporate lawyers who have upwards of three years' PQE. Applicants should have experience of public and private M&A, private equity and ideally, though not essential, energy sector experience.We have opportunities at both Associate and Senior Associate so those with significantly more PQE are invited to apply.
