Corporate/M&A Solicitor - 3/4 PQE

My client are an international law firm with offices in Europe and Asia . They are looking to add corporate lawyers to their exceptionally busy team in London that has grown extensively in the past 6 years. They are looking at candidates at around the 3/4PQE mark. Candidates will work on a mix of M&A, private equity, ECM and general corporate advisory work, which also includes cross border matters on a variety of sectors including Technology, natural resources and life sciences. The successful candidates will join a dynamic tight knit team, managing a mix of corporate work for entrepreneurs, private equity funds (and their portfolio companies) and corporates. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE which will be backed up by strong academics and a track record of success in a leading commercial law environment.
