Corporate M&A Solicitor

We have direct instructions from the Head of Corporate at a leading international firm, who is looking to add a corporate solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience to the team. The International Corporate Group offers a full range of specialist corporate services, including M&A (public and private), Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity/Venture Capital and Joint Ventures. The team offers the full remit of corporate expertise to a wide range of clients on an array of domestic and international transactions. The new joiner will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private), but will also have the opportunity to work on Venture Capital, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets transactions. Much of the work is cross-border and there is a great opportunity to work with many of the firm s other offices around the globe. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, be keen to take responsibility and will have experience of leading on corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level. Candidates will be able to demonstrate flexibility, supporting a broad range of corporate transactions, but with a particular focus on private M&A work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
