Corporate Partner

I have been instructed on a legal Corporate Partner role in London, by a law firm that wants to speak to existing junior Partners, and ambitious Senior Associates and Legal Directors/Counsels who are looking to take the step up into an all-Equity partnership.A very strong international firm is actively looking to bring in the next generation of their corporate partners in London. The firm has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with high calibre colleagues, and provides hands-on Partner-track training and development for lawyers making the step up.This is a perfect role for a broad corporate M&A and Equity Capital Markets lawyer who has sector exposure to one of the following: financial services, insurance, real estate, technology or healthcare.An existing book of business is not required for Senior Associates/Counsels, but is preferred for junior Partners. An aptitude for business development is a must for this role. There is no fixed PQE requirement.This role is open to lawyers based anywhere in the UK/overseas, provided they are England & Wales-qualified and willing to be based in London. WFH is allowed for two days a week.
