Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Corporate Partner role on behalf of a well-established Law firm.This is an excellent opportunity for an established senior corporate lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing law firm.Responsibilities:Manage and run the corporate workload largely independentlyLead on M&A transactionsProvide support to the Commercial teamIdentify and analyse current and emerging legal issues and risk and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business; be involved in risk mitigation discussions.Experience Required:7-8 Years PQEStrong M&A experienceA high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.Strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills; high energy; a desire to learn; and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.Ability to exercise sound judgement, be solutions-based, take responsibility and ownership of issues, including taking difficult decisions and providing substantiated arguments and reasoning for your positionQualified solicitor, with background from a good corporate & commercial law firm and/or in-house team with experience of corporate transactions.Location: Remote (Required in their office 1 day per month)Start: ASAPIf you are interested, please apply today - ##### / 0208 176 5240
