Responsibilities:Advise on public takeovers, private M&A, joint ventures, disposals, and debt and equity capital markets transactions.Provide governance, general commercial, and corporate advisory services to clients.Represent a diverse client base, including issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and selling shareholders in capital markets transactions.Act as legal counsel for buyers, sellers, financial advisers, funds, and shareholders in M&A transactions.Coordinate and manage transactions across key industry sectors such as financial institutions, energy, infrastructure and resources, technology, transport, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer markets.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional legal advice tailored to the client's strategic and business needs. Qualifications:Extensive experience in corporate, M&A, and securities law with a focus on regional, national, and international matters.Proven track record of advising on complex domestic, cross-border, and multijurisdictional transactions.Strong understanding of capital markets, including experience representing issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and selling shareholders.Significant experience in M&A transactions, representing buyers, sellers, financial advisers, funds, and shareholders.Ability to manage and coordinate transactions across multiple industry sectors and geographies.Strong academic background with a degree in Law and a qualified solicitor status in the UK.
