About the role: As Corporate Partnerships Development Lead, you ll spearhead the charities mission to secure high-value corporate partnerships across diverse sectors, from pharmaceuticals to wellness and ageing markets. Collaborating with a passionate team, you'll design innovative engagement strategies and use the charity s unique campaigns and resources to attract and inspire potential partners. Your Impact: Lead the creation and growth of a new business pipeline, identifying and pursuing opportunities for multi-year, high-value partnerships. Develop compelling proposals that captivate prospective partners and showcase the unique value of collaboration. Represent the organisation with confidence and expertise at industry events, expanding our visibility and influence. Engage creatively with corporate prospects through events and activities that highlight our work's real-world impact. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and successful partnership experience. About You: You are a relationship-builder with a proven track record in securing partnerships worth £50k or more. Your passion for driving impactful collaborations is matched by your ability to think strategically and act decisively. Whether developing a pitch or navigating new sectors, your creativity and determination set you apart. Key experience: Proven success in corporate partnerships or new business development, ideally within the charity or healthcare sector. Outstanding communication and presentation skills to inspire potential partners. Experience managing partnership pipelines and closing high-value deals. A proactive approach with the flexibility to travel and represent the charity across the UK. Desirable skills: Experience in or knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector. An established network of corporate connections. Proficiency with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics.
