As a Corporate Sales Manager you will be required to:�




  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate clients for hospitality events, conferences, and corporate entertainment.

  • Manage all blue-chip key accounts�

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, industry events, and referrals.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to showcase hospitality offerings.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (event planners, catering, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of events.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.



Candidate:�




  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, events, or corporate sales sector.

  • Strong track record of securing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • A good understanding of the corporate hospitality and events industry.

  • Willingness to attend industry events and work flexible hours when required.

  • IT Literate in sales force, hub spot, and Microsoft.�

  • Full UK Driving licence�
