As a Corporate Sales Manager you will be required to:�
- Identify, develop, and secure new corporate clients for hospitality events, conferences, and corporate entertainment.
- Manage all blue-chip key accounts�
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to showcase hospitality offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (event planners, catering, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Candidate:�
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, events, or corporate sales sector.
- Strong track record of securing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A good understanding of the corporate hospitality and events industry.
- Willingness to attend industry events and work flexible hours when required.
- IT Literate in sales force, hub spot, and Microsoft.�
- Full UK Driving licence�
