Corporate Secretary

We are currently working with a well known business based in the South West who are currently looking for an experienced corporate Secretary to join them on a 3 month interim role. This position requires and immediate start and offers fully remote working.

Key responsibilities/Info

• Previous experience of working within Financial Services
• Previous experience within a co sec role
• Previous experience in managing corporate governance framework
• Ensuring that the board of directors operates effectively and in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Key point of contact for board members
• Provide essential support in the preparation of meetings, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.

• Fully remote role (occasional office travel required)
• From �350 per day
• 3 month role
