Corporate Solicitor (3-5PQE)

Your new company An expanding professional services firm who are SRA registered. The business is made up of Chartered Accountants, Solicitors and a Corporate Finance team, and they cover various areas from restructuring to regulatory compliance. Over the last decade, the firm has doubled in size and had an outstanding international reach across three continents. Your new role You will advise on a variety of Corporate and Commercial matters to undertake an existing Corporate Commercial caseload, principally SME disposal / acquisitions, MBOs and Joint-ventures and Commercial Contracts including supply agreements, licencing and software agreements, terms and conditions of trading, shareholder / partnership / LLP agreements. What you'll need to succeed 3-5 years PQE. You must have qualified through the training contract route. Have corporate experience from a law firm. What you'll get in return International travel will be a part of your role.
