Not only has this firm been ranked highly by the Legal 500, but they have also recently been awarded a platinum accreditation by Investors in people in recognition of the firm's investment in it's employees.The Corporate team have been awarded a Tier one recognition acting for a high quality client base on a wide range of corporate matters to include M&A, capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and investment funds.The team is looking for a bright, driven and ambitious Corporate Solicitor of 1 + PQE to join them who has had the benefit of solid Corporate M&A transactional work.
