Summary Job title: Associate / Senior Associate Location: London Salary: Excellent Reports to: Partner Previous Experience : Proven Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) work The role The team provides the highest quality advice to funders, investors, operators, and developers within the Health and SocialCare sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Corporate Healthcareand will have the following responsibilities: Supporting/leading on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and investment transactions for corporate clients predominantly within the independent health & social care sector Supporting/leading acquisitions and disposals of business and assets and/or shares Supporting/leading due diligence exercises, data room reviews or management and disclosure processes Assisting with business development and tenders The ideal candidate The team is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Solicitor who is ambitious and has experiencedealing with clientsin the Healthcare Sector.
