W1, London £70,000 - £90,000 W/28553 Corporate Solicitor Our clients are a highly regarded and well established firm that has grown significantly over the last few years. They have asked us to find them a further 3PQE+ Solicitor to join their busy corporate commercial team due to expansion of work. About The Role Their diverse client base ranges from entrepreneurs and start-up companies, through SMEs and family-owned businesses, to well-known High Street brands, multi-national companies and Governmental organisations. You will advise clients on company sales and acquisition, joint ventures, banking and financing, shareholder agreements, share restructures, distribution agreements and agency agreements. Candidate Requirements You will need to be able to hit the ground running, with the confidence to handle transactions comfortably and work independently. They have asked to see the CV s of candidates with 3-6 years PQE and ideally from a similar sized City or reginal practice.
